Audiofier Micron TIME WEAVER
Each MICRON library is meticulously crafted around a specific genre, mood, or application. We’re talking laser-focused sonic palettes that nail the sound you’re after, whether it’s the suspenseful atmosphere for your next thriller, the driving pulse of a rock anthem, or the intricate layers of a modern electronic arrangement.
The XY Atmos libraries, exemplified are primarily designed for creating immersive and evolving atmospheres.
Unlock the Power of Frozen Moments:
This isn't just a Kontakt library; it's a journey into the heart of sonic evolution, where every note unfolds with breathtaking slowness and profound depth, crafted specifically to evoke moments of stillness, profound doubt, indecision, or frozen memories.
At its core, Time Weaver features meticulously crafted audio recordings stretched to 20 to 30 times their original length. The result is slow, organic sound evolutions that breathe and shift gently, revealing intricate details across vast sonic landscapes. These extended textures invite deep listening and reflection, with core samples lasting over two minutes—designed to create a powerful sense of suspended time and focused stillness.
Time Weaver is ideal for cinematic moments where time seems to pause—a character wrestling with a life-changing decision, a memory unfolding with deliberate care, or the quiet calm before a significant event. It serves as a sonic anchor, allowing you to immerse your audience in the profound emotion of a moment held in balance. This library invites patient endurance and thoughtful presence, perfect for stories that explore depth, contemplation, and transformation.
Time Weaver’s tonality gently shifts without a fixed tonal center, much like the way emotions blend and evolve in our minds—enhancing the contemplative and introspective character of the sound.
Time Weaver’s true strength lies in its ability to blend ethereal soundscapes with grace and precision. Featuring four independent layers, it offers an unprecedented level of control to shape your sonic vision. Seamlessly navigate between these rich textures using the intuitive XY pad, enabling dynamic crossfading that transitions smoothly between complete moods and atmospheres of stillness.
Our sound designers have carefully curated sources that capture whole emotional states and sonic environments of suspended time. With a single expressive gesture, you can move fluidly from a contemplative drone to a gentle shimmer, or from a tense evolving pad to a peaceful ambient wash—perfectly underscoring the weight of moments held in quiet reflection and poised anticipation.
Time Weaver is perfect for composers, sound designers, and musicians seeking to add unparalleled depth and emotional resonance to their projects. Whether you're scoring a film, creating immersive game audio, or crafting next-level electronic music, Time Weaver provides the tools to weave truly unique and captivating sonic tapestries of stillness and frozen time.
Twist reality with the intuitive reverse patch, reversing each sample layer on the fly to uncover unexpected sonic textures. Sculpt rhythmic pulses and evolving dynamics with the per-layer step volume, adding intricate motion to your four-layered sound designs.
To fully leverage the inherent depth and complexity of these atmospheric sounds, they are designed to be played one note at a time. This approach unlocks the rich chordal textures embedded within each sample, providing a powerful and evocative foundation for your compositions with singular sonic gestures.
Features:
- Kontakt Library (5.8.1 or above)
- It requires Kontakt's full retail version. It will not work with the free Kontakt Player. Sounds And Presets Installation requires the PULSE DOWNLOADER
- Chordal Content: Many sound sources in this category include inherent major or minor chordal content, making it generally advisable to play single notes. However, some patches are exceptions and allow for chord playing.
- Dynamic Response: Patches can be designed to respond to playing velocity, allowing for a dynamic shift between major and minor moods (e.g., softer velocity for minor, harder for major).
- Features include the XY pad for crossfading, individual volume, sound selection, mute/solo buttons, waveform display, and per-layer controls for pan, pitch, attack, release, low-pass/high-pass filters, sample start, “dirt” (saturation/compression/distortion), delay, and convolution reverb with over 150 impulse responses. Master controls for portamento and randomization are also universally present. All XY libraries also offer a separate output option for each of the four layers.
