Vienna Symphonic Library Synchron Solo Cello (Standard Library)

The deep, sonorous and resonant tone of the violoncello is always captivating with its inherent mysteriousness and somber beauty. Its dynamic spectrum ranges from gentle subtleties to powerful, passionate outbursts that resonate with listeners in a special way. This emotional depth is even magnified when the cello, in all its velvety and dark glory, takes center stage as a solo instrument, drawing attention to its effortless blend of lyrical melodicism and rhythmic precision. This level of virtuosic musicianship is hard to achieve for any performer, and almost as hard to capture. Yet, with Synchron Solo Cello, we’ve created a library that is incredibly detailed and still easy to use. Whether you want to convey the sorrow of a movie character with a deeply resonating melody or explore just how menacing the cello sounds when playing the “diabolus in musica”: Synchron Solo Cello is your partner in all your solitary explorations.
